STORE RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
Due to COVID-19, at this time, all sales are final. Items ship out within 2 business days (NOT APPLICABLE TO PRE-ORDER ITEMS) excluding holidays and weekends, and will be received by the customer within 5-7 business days via USPS after shipping. Please stay posted to your email for your tracking number!

CUSTOMS FEES - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customs agencies use the commodity, quantity, value, country of manufacture, and other factors to determine duties and taxes charges for international shipments.
​
Customs fees (duties and taxes) are not included in the HOUSE OF LYN Shipping rate and will be added on after the package has been sent by the customs agencies of the sending and receiving countries, or while the package is in transit.
BOOKINGS
With all bookings regarding phone calls, speaking engagements, or other, full payment for all services are due through the respective payment channels before the date of said booking takes place, in full, in which a specific date is communicated through email only. If a full balance is not paid regardless of potential circumstance for the respective booking, the representing party of Tamani Lyn reserves the right to cancel the booking in its entirety, without notice.

Should full payment be sent for a booking and there is a conflict (under any circumstance) that changes the date of said booking or cancelation of the event or services, Tamani Lyn reserves the right to not refund the requesting party under any circumstance. However, a credit towards a future event/service for the said client may be extended, at our discretion attached with rescheduling fees.

For speaking engagements, a contract will be sent via email through the representing party of Tamani Lyn, in which it is to be signed and sent back by the same date in which a full balance of services/bookings are due.

By making full payment for any service/booking on our website or externally (in the case of a manual invoice), you are to follow any and all policies above.
